Fairway Canyon, along with developer SunCal Companies, was also recognized with two Gold Awards and five finalists at Élan. Sponsored by the Los Angeles/Ventura County Sales & Marketing Council of the Building Industry Association of Southern California, the Élan Awards honor superior achievement in sales, marketing, and merchandising excellence.
